Whole goat. Ready for the spit or barbecue. $5.50 per pound. Slaughtered the traditional way and usually shipped head-on. We can also ship skin-on, hair scalded off. If you don't have a giant pit or barbecue, we can quarter it for you for slow oven baking (specify preferences in your order notes). Priced based on weight at the time of shipment. Young goats weigh from fortythree to sixty pounds. Choose your size preference. We will try to come close.
